L&D MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Understand organization’s business goals and align training program with the organizational development needs.
Identifying and assessing current and future training needs to achieve organization goals.
Work with functional leaders to create a detailed understanding of training subjects and processes and accordingly create training plans, develop training modules and facilitate training for internal talents.
Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
Conceptualize, manage & overlook internal training interventions and the ones that are outsourced to external training partners
Making sure that training programs meet company policies, security & audit guidelines.
Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
Create a training budget and keep operations within budget
Monitor, evaluate and analyze training effectiveness, ROI, business impact and the practical, on-the-job application of delivered learning programs
Design activities and analyze ROE to engage employees with the practice and application of acquired skills and knowledge
Monitor training satisfaction surveys to improvise training material to support business goals
Continually research methods and techniques in workplace training and remain up to date on developments within the industry and competitors
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Skills Required:

Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
Proven work experience in designing, developing and implementing training strategies and plans
Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
Proven experience in handling inhouse training and vendors.
Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and organizational skills.
Business Acumen for budgeting and decision making
