ü 10+ of experience in IT Industry especially in US Benefits Administration with various roles and a proven record of excellence in the field of Software Development.
ü Extensive experience in handling Architecture & Database Designing, Requirement Analysis, Solutions to Mid-scale to complex Proposals, Prototype Design, Project Planning and Execution.
ü Ability to conceptualize, design and deliver product.
ü Solid Experience in architecture and frameworks using .Net Technologies - ASP.Net, MVC, C#.Net & VB.Net, SQL Server, WCF, Web API, Micro Services. .Net Core.
ü Should have experience/skills - Java script, jQuery, AJAX, XML, JSON, Angular/React.
ü Should have exposure and experience in -
o Azure (MS Azure, SQL Azure)
o Windows Server, IIS, Azure/AWS, Docker
o Google Analytics, Google Maps, WebEx/Zoom APIs, Jira APIs
o Repository - TFS, Git
ü Should have experience in -
o Business Applications /Portals
ü Should have experience in –
o Products related to US Benefits Administration (HealthCare, ACA)
o Handling products for the roadmap, planning, execution, stability and competitiveness.
ü Team lead who can contribute in development of team’s growth, team management, skills management etc.
ü Excellent communication in handling client/sales calls on Technical front for Projects, Proposals, Product demonstrations.
