- Handle IT related training requirements (leads) of various corporates across the globe
- Monitor Leads on a continuous basis, and give initial response (via mail or phone) within a maximum time limit of 2 hours
- Build intelligent and realistic cost proposals based client needs
- Coordinate with trainers globally
- Organize and attend technical calls between trainer and the client where necessary
- Monitor the progress of training sessions and resolve any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with finance team where necessary related to trainer payments
- Be the first interface for all non-training related interactions with client (eg. vendor empanelment, PO process, trainer logistics and so on)
- Maintain good relationship and perfect sync with demo/session/training coordinators
- Keep the team head up-to-date with the progress of leads (daily interaction may be needed)
- Address any issues that may arise on a time critical basis
