· To Call the customer to explain the benefits of Credit card & complete documents by fixing appointment & coordinating with Field team.Scrutinize Credit Card application and documents for completeness, quality and Policy deviations. Gather correct customer information and customer consent as per the back check.Fill up application form if required. Convince & retain the customer if customer is not ready/delaying the decision.Minimum Educational Qualification: Pursuing Graduation or XII Pass. Candidates with experience in tele sales or verifications will be preferred. Work Experience in Credit Card Company / Financial Services or Telecom will be an added advantage.
