We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in UI UX Designs HTML CSS JS HTML 5 React Router React Redux and React JS. Experience in COTS Products (LS R&D) and Research and Development is a plus. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and contributing to innovative solutions that drive our companys success. Lead the design and development of user interfaces using HTML CSS JS HTML 5 and React JS. Oversee the implementation of React Router and React Redux for efficient state management. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed. Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge. Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing and deployment. Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team. Possess a strong background in UI UX Designs with a focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Have extensive experience with HTML CSS JS and HTML 5 ensuring high-quality front-end development. Demonstrate proficiency in React JS React Router and React Redux for building dynamic and responsive web applications. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Show experience in COTS Products (LS R&D) and Research and Development is a plus. Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Have a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving existing skills.
