Job Description A strategically created new role, the CDO would be responsible to drive growth and strategic focus by transforming the traditional business through analytics, digital tools, platforms, online technologies, and processes across all the above categories. The holder of this job would report directly into the CEO and would be responsible for new digital business models, optimising digital experience, Innovation & Customer Experience. Below are some key responsibilties Develop an end to end strategy, design, and implementation of a digital roadmap within the consumer industry Focus on increasing overall productivity/profitability, and internal/external stakeholder experiences. Create a digital culture in the organisation, unified sales structure, process flow Lead the anlaytics & transformation teams to drive business outcomes The Successful Applicant The successful incumbent would have the folloing A proven track record of business transformations and delivering on high-stake projects Minimum 14 years of experience and currently at a leadership level in either consumer or consulting industry Ability to create the bridge between data analytics and business operations Should be agile in adapting newer and futuristic technologies What's on Offer An opportunity to transform the traditional business through analytics, digital tools, platforms, online technologies, and processes across multiple categories.
