Job Details:

• Candidate must have excellent proficiency in English and someone who can join us immediately
• Candidate with less than 2 years experience preferred. Freshers can apply as well
• Candidate must be based in Bangalore (Close to Ramamurthy Nagar/KR Puram or willing to relocate immediately)
• Australian Shift - 5am to 2pm
• No transportation available
• No work from home option available

About Job:We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate leads/appointment booking either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment.A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customers requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele.
Responsibilities

• Cold call people using a given phone directory to generate leads/appointment booking
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information and set up appointments
• Keep records of calls and useful information

Requirements

• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar customer service role
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• Must be a graduate
