Principle duties would include: ‐
Ø Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted web search in online databases, publications, and e‐mail/telephone contact with companies who are potential customers.
Ø Qualification of sales leads to identify whether their goals are aligned with Katpro offerings.
Ø Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets for the Americas.
Requirements:-
Ø Strong communication skills and the ability to ask questions and listen are the keys to success in this role.
Ø Ability to speak English Proficiently.
KEY TASKS AND DUTIES:
1. Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation
2. Direct communication with customers via e‐mail and telephone to promote Katpro Technologies’ capabilities.
3. Execute marketing plan/marketing campaigns (e.g. targeted e‐shot, mailshot)
4. Follow up and qualify contacts from web registrations, promotions, events and other marketing and sales activities
5. Preparation and presentation of results from campaigns
6. Recording of all sales activities in the CRM
8. Market research feedback
9. Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager

· MBA in Sales and Marketing for any University
· Sales/Telemarketing experience
· Understanding of Microsoft Products, New Technologies would be an advantage.
