What will you do?

You belong to a team that is responsible for all the leads which come into the system and aid the Sales team. The pre-sales team closely works with the Sales team by analyzing the potential prospects and crafting the sales pitch for the Sales team. You have enormous learning in not just better pitching, but how to speak to customers effectively. This will help you groom your speaking skills, understanding customer requirements, detailing, and passing on leads to the Sales team who could then potentially convert a client. Celebrate your wins by patting yourself on the shoulder when a client converts as you were the one who got them on board.

Skills / Experience Required -

1. Strong communication skills - verbal and written.

2. Strong strategic thinking and Analytical skills.

3. Should have clarity in thought and articulation.

4. Should have strong decision-making skills and Collaborative skills.

5. Should be convenient working in a roster system with one week off.

6. Minimum calling experience of 0 to 1 year.

7. Should be capable of handling 100 to 120 calls a day.'
