Job Description:
- Getting in touch with potential students through calls and Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- To Identify the Student's need, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
- Generate the Lead and escalate it to the Business Development Team to attain closure.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in your database.
- To Regularly follow up with potential students/parents.
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets
Job Specification:
- Should be a Graduate. Should have an energetic & outgoing attitude with excellent English communication and listening skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Should have a positive attitude & be Goal Oriented.
- Should be passionate about conversing with Students and their Parents effortlessly and be an ace at customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
