Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided
• To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors
• To convert the calls to new business leads
• To inform the potential clients of the company’s products and services
• A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM and Social Networking
• Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision-makers to begin the sales process
