Job Description

Job Summary

  • Lead Generation Specialist is focused on articulating client offering to predefined prospects.
  • He/She should be persuasive and effectively handle objections to deliver marketing qualified leads.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work in rotational shift according to requirements of campaigns.
  • Flexible for shift, decision maker.
  • Also handled GCC, Oceanic Countries, European Regions.
  • Responsible for process improvement & Client satisfaction & overall target accomplishment.
  • Understand the particular offering of the client organization
  • Use the script provided to ensure adherence to strict internal quality parameters.
  • Focused on achieving/ exceeding daily/ weekly/monthly targets defined for self and team.
  • Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with key decision makers and business owners.
  • Conduct targeted surveys to identify right business opportunity from prospects.
  • Adept at doing secondary research on companies and individual using different data sources.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • 06 months - 2 years of experience in IT services B2B sales, International business.
  • Cold calling, lead generation, handling quality leads, lead generation and team building & management.
  • Good communication skills (English),both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Presentation skills, client relationships, emphasizing excellence, prospecting skills, meeting target goals, team planning, motivation for team member.
  • Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in fast paced, goal oriented high growth sales environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven capabilities and skills in pre-call planning, call structure/control and time & territory management desired.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for technology and sales.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
