We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our growing sales team. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and nurture outbound sales lead campaigns for Exceptional Innovation Background Verification products and services. This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the Sales/Account Services team successful.

Job Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided
• To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors
• To convert the calls to new business leads
• To inform the potential clients of the company’s products and services
• A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM and Social Networking (LinkedIn)
• Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision-makers to begin the sales process
