Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound (cold/warm)calls to find qualified leads in the international Market.
  • Follow up on the company’s marketing inquiries, engage in intelligent conversations with these inquiries and get them interested in setting up appointments or personal meetings.
  • Update the prospect database with call activities and generate alternate contacts.
  • Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads.
  • Generate qualified leads within target accounts as determined by sales.
  • Experience with CRM / Contact Center/ BPO /Customer Service/ Software Services companies in the International Market preferably.
  • Telemarketing skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with prospective customers in the International market.
  • Ability to navigate to the Decision Maker.
  • Proven track record of performance (e.g. lead generation representative of the year)
  • Desire to perform at the highest levels and blow past quota.
  • Strong individual contributor as well as a team player.
