Acquire in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on pricing details.
Engage potential customers via telephone to understand their requirements and challenges.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospects.
Identify and qualify leads, assessing their suitability for the company's offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team to arrange and schedule product presentations or meetings.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly over the phone.
Familiarity with Google Ads, IndiaMART, and BNI for lead generation.
Quick learner with the ability to grasp product details and pricing structures.
Proactive and goal-oriented, driven to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
Ability to understand customer needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
