Job description

Helping to define/ filer data to generate leads
Responsible for zero lead leakage, make follow-ups full proof
Handling marketing leads platforms(Freshdesk) and ensuring TAT
Nurturing prospects and disseminating sales qualified leads to appropriate sales teams
Managing the lead qualification, tracking and dissemination process
Maintain Database integrity, contact information and reference lists
Assess and analyse a prospect's current process and requirements
Monitor full lead cycle with the help of field sales executives
Validate/ Regenerate cold leads with the help of field sales executives
Provide engaging and articulate information about leads

Required Candidate profile

Essentials:-

Excellent Communication skills-Verbal/Written
Proficient with Regional Languages(Telugu/Tamil,Hindi, English)
Decision Making, Objection Handling, Assertiveness
Comprehension skills,Ability to understand customer needs
Go-getter, self-motivated
Hands on knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Strong organization and analytical skills
