Job Description

Role Summary:
  • To establish, operationalize and grow Homzhub’s presence in the city.
  •  Lead Generation / Appointment Generation, Web Research, B2B Sales, Cold calling
  • Experience in database creation Market Research, Data research, Email Research
  • Verifying the credentials provided by the owners, understanding their requirements and pitching for property management.
  •  Performing extensive primary and secondary research to build a detailed understanding of the target market segment, industry, company or opportunity.
  •  To meet the deadlines for the assigned Tasks
  •  Good hands-on experience in various Search Engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, LinkedIn, etc.)
  •  Provide high quality service to customers and prospects by assessing customer requirements, ensuring a prompt response and providing product information and product pricing.
  •  Should be a good team player and target driven
  •  Ability to adapt to new processes and deliver to the business expectations
