This includes but not limited to
• Responsible to onboard B2C clients including contractors, architects and B2B clients (real estate developers, construction companies and fit out and interior design companies)
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Design overall strategy to develop new business via the established channels and mass communication to introduce the company’s solutions within the target market
• Design and implement the overall organization structure for lead generation and associated teams
• Identify and onboard key third party lead generation partners for partnerships. Negotiate with lead generation partners in terms of Cost, Service Level Agreements (SLAs),and process
• Responsible for overall lead generation management including relationship management and SLA and contract management
• Lead strategic initiatives to deliver on business KPIs
