Job Overview:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads to support our sales team. Your role is critical in driving business growth by creating a pipeline of qualified leads that align with our services and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
• Utilize various channels (social media, email, phone) to generate leads and build relationships.
• Develop and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Qualify leads through initial contact and assessment of needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective lead generation strategies.
• Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance.
• Prepare reports on lead generation activities and results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/PUC with Good English Communication.
• Proven experience in lead generation or sales support/ Freshers with Good Communicative skills 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
