Job Description

Lead Generation Specialist
  • Responsible for working as part of a team to support the Business Development Executives in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. 
  • The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn and be creative in marketing.
  • The primary focus of this role is to provide support to the sales teams can operate effectively on a day to day basis.
The key duties are:
  • Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
  • Cold call in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria.
  • On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM.
Qualifications:
  • MBA Marketing 2019 graduates
  • B. Tech Degree preferred
  • Desirable: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Self-starter and goal oriented
  • Able to work in an intrapreneurial environment
  • High energy, positive attitude.
  • The selected will be getting a 2-month free training and on performing well the candidate would be drawing a salary of  Rs. 15000/- plus incentives under an annual appraisal scheme.
