Responsible for working as part of a team to support the Business Development Executives in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives.
The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn and be creative in marketing.
The primary focus of this role is to provide support to the sales teams can operate effectively on a day to day basis.
The key duties are:
Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
Cold call in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria.
On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM.
MBA Marketing 2019 graduates
B. Tech Degree preferred
Desirable: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Self-starter and goal oriented
Able to work in an intrapreneurial environment
High energy, positive attitude.
The selected will be getting a 2-month free training and on performing well the candidate would be drawing a salary of Rs. 15000/- plus incentives under an annual appraisal scheme.
