We are seeking a Sales Lead Generator for supporting and implementing B2B marketing initiatives, including lead generation and nurturing campaigns, using a wide range of marketing tools and techniques.

- · Maintain detailed lead and client records within CRM.
- · Collaborate with other departments and provide status updates to management.
- · Prior experience in a consultative and strategic sale in marketing a plus.
- · Ability to communicate with business prospects in a polished and professional demeanor.
- · Well organized with a knack for time management.
- Hands-on email and database marketing experience with emphasis on lead generation.
- Well-versed on marketing strategies, tactics and best practices across email, social, PPC/SEO, and other paid channels
- Understanding of the workings of landing pages, CTAs, forms, and lists necessary.
- Have experience generating diverse email marketing campaigns, analytics/performance tracking, A/B testing, list segmentation, and analytics for tracking campaign performance and landing pages.
- Skilled at segmenting, targeting, pulling and scrubbing lists.
- Experienced setting and measuring multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong quantitative, strategic, and data visualization skills are very helpful – and an understanding of the esoteric nature of email design, delivery and analytics and can effectively communicate this to non-technical stakeholders.
- · Ability to edit/write for an executive-level business audience.
- · Understanding of database management concepts and Excel functionality.
- · Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities while adhering to deadlines.
- · Design skills a plus.
- · Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- · B2B marketing experience, using a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
