Job Description : Lead IT Recruiter

Experience - 5 to 8 Years as a Lead IT recruiter.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment in IT. Exposure to Telecom domain would an added advantage.
  
• Work closely with the hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market information of Talent availability.
  
• Work independently to Identifying candidates through various sources such as Job portals, Internal Employee Reference, Posting job advertisement and social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook etc) to successfully source the right candidate .
  
• Plan and schedule interviews / evaluation of candidates in a timely manner.
  
• Offer Management and Negotiation with the prospective candidates .
  
• Maintain daily Recruitment Tracker . Daily Reporting to the Hiring managers.
  
• Complying with Recruitment process.
  
• Manage candidate engagement
