Job Responsibilities :
1. B2B pricing for data and voice
2. Stock preparedness – Dongle, Mifi, indoor CPE, Motorola devices- interface with centre SCM and vendors for ensuring stock
3. ASC team: end to end engagement and roadshow management
4. Product configurations
5. Address issues in EPCN configurations
6. Liason with entire B2B team- Direct and Indirect teams
7. Liason with centre pricing and IR product teams for plan requirements
8. Ensuring higher Net Adds
9. Managing churn /retention requests from service team
10. Driving service team-direct and indirect on agendas like Enterprise huB penetration, churn , cross sell and upsell
11. Driving key programs – Like Airlift/Ashwamedh with EC’s
12. SIM stock and SUK kit management
13. GAC policy
14. Tab targets
15. Schemes for B2B team- launch and dashboards
16. Accountiwse follow up on funnel of B2B teams
17. Manage Sales reversal, ZU and B2B ROTC
18. Managing decay of B2B accounts
