We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lead Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leads, maintaining data and customer relationships, and delivering a list of tasks to be completed on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call leads and thank them after each call
• Share details of each call via email
• Maintain data and customer relationships to ensure ongoing communication and engagement
• Deliver a list of tasks to be completed each day
Requirements:
• Proven experience in lead management and customer relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in email and data management
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
