Support the process for placements, including: Design and implement
goals, policies, processes, initiatives, and strategies for placement at
program, and specialization level
Identification of prospective recruiters through databases ,
marketplaces, alumni and other sources & your network
Making initial contact with recruiters and setting up exploratory
meetings
Preparing communication, post-meeting documentation and
timely follow up
Cultivate and build partnership with leading organizations to
encourage and facilitate campus placement.
Work proactively with the placement team to design and develop
print and electronic versions of placement brochures for the
programs.
Getting Companies on campus & managing the entire placement
process in a timely manner
