We are in search of an energetic, passionate, and uniquely talented individual to join us
as Lead/Manager - Technical Training with a robust technical background, who can work both
independently and collaborate closely with content developers and subject matter experts, to design
and produce a diverse range of learning experiences.
The successful candidate will engage in intricate projects spanning our entire product portfolio,
developing complex and in-depth functional training to both internal employees, external Clients and/or
Partners.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all aspects of the training program - from design and development to delivery
• Ability to produce highly effective content and deliver compelling presentations
• Collaborate with subject matter expert to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into effective learning solutions
• Updating the training content and related exercises in step with the releases of our products.
• Ability to lead with minimal supervision, exhibit a high level of initiative, and possess strong
presentation & client-facing skills.
• Travel extensively and be responsible for effective training sessions.
• Effectively manage training sessions, addressing any issues that arise
• Act as a strong advocate for Vehere solutions and products both for employees and for clients
• Participate in the adoption of new methodologies, strategies, tools, training and processes.
• Develop tailored training programs.
• Develop and deliver webinars & seminars to share knowledge and promote Vehere products
and solutions.
Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science/Engineering,
Information Technology or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in a Technical Trainer role with minimum 2 yrs. as Lead/Manager
• Hands-on experience using or teaching security products
• Proficiency or training experience in the domains of Networking, Network security is a big plus
• Ability to assess technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

• Demonstrable samples showcasing technical course development skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training, in the classroom and/or Virtual Instructor-Led
Training (VILT)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written English;
proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems
• Experience with software to create computer-based training,
• Ability and willingness to acquire an in-depth understanding of the cyber security domain and
products
• Strong collaboration skill.
