• Managing the product development process from start to finish, including defining project plans and managing timelines
• Providing input on features that are likely to attract new customers or increase customer loyalty
• Communicating with internal stakeholders, including executives, engineers, designers, sales representatives, and marketing teams
• Communicating with external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, distributors, and other business partners
• Creating an overall product strategy, including determining whether a product will be manufactured or sold directly to consumers or through other channels such as brick and mortar retailers or online marketplaces
• Participating in strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for new products or services that could meet market needs or address unmet customer desires
