7+ years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
Experience with digital media, E-Commerce, search, social, and other major
Must have experience in designing customer-facing or consumer-oriented website or mobile app.
UX and visual design expertise across multiple international markets
Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, the user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.
Strong track record of iterative design, working closely with customers and peers and developers from inception through implementation.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
Good at problem-solving and finding solutions through design with keeping technology and business constraints in mind.

Good To Have Experience

Ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript, & CSS will be a plus.
Ability to use analytics into the design process
Brand identity and style guide design experience
Knowledge of micro-interactions in use (on mobile, web, desktop, etc),and have nuanced views on how to make many of them even better.
