a. Knowledge of working on ERP based accounts software.
b. Good working knowledge of Excel.
c. Should be comfortable dealing with Big 4 audit firms.
d. Working knowledge of Direct tax matters, computation etc.
e. Working knowledge of sales tax and return filing.
f. Should be able to finalise the Balance sheet and P & L independently and on target dates.
3. Selection Criteria
a. Preference – CA
b. About 8 to 10 years of experience.
c. Preferably from the manufacturing industry.
d. Handling Accounts function independently and leading a team of 7 to 8 people.

5. Roles and Responsibilities
a. Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements.
b. Preparing month close check list & monitoring the same.
c. Ensuring quality of accounting by regular reviews with the team.
d. Ensuring payment of statutory liabilities in time.
e. All insurance matters
f. Filing of income tax returns & assessments.
g. Focus on pending Sales tax assessments.
h. Meeting the requirements & interaction with Internal & Statutory Auditors
i. Meeting the requirements & interaction with Tax & Transfer pricing auditors.
j. Fixed assets procurement & recording controls, physical verification of the same as per the
policies of the Company.
k. Any other related responsibilities given by management from time to time.
