Learning Administrator

Bangalore, India

Responsibilities :

Complete learning management administration which includes
Upload learning asserts
Create and maintain courses
Enroll users
Periodic update and review of learning content
Work closely with ILT, elearning, and multimedia teams to understand content strategy and learning experience plan
Ensure branding, standard and guidelines are applied for all learning courses on the LMS

Skills :

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Learning industry or in similar position
Strong Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks / expect the bulk volume, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Hands on Experience on Sales Force, MindTickle, Relayware and other industrial LMSs
Hands-on experience with HMTL5, CSS
