About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Report to the learning & development manager and take ownership of the operational functions
2. Schedule training sessions & inductions in adherence to the L&Ds plans for respective departments
3. Assist the L&D manager in the training processes
4. Plan end-to-end development programs according to the organizational requirements
5. Act as the first point of contact for any L&D-related queries
6. Modify and adjust training programs when needed as per the organization's requirements
7. Develop and implement learning strategies for the overall development of the relevant teams
8. Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
9. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward learners at all times
10. Act as the first point of contact for any L&D-related queries
11. Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
