Learning & Development Specialist - eCommerce Client - Bangalore

Job Profile:

Training Delivery - Manage the delivery of training services
Training enablement - Enable instructor-led classroom and virtual training
Stakeholder management
Training content development
Deliver training projects

Desired Profile:

At least 2 years- experience in L&D curriculum development, program management role
Proficient in Presentation and excel skills
Excellent project/program/vendor management skills
Proficiency in Knowledge Management software tools understanding administration /product design
Experience using e-learning software (Articulate, Camtasia etc, Captivate, or similar),Learning Management Systems (LMS- Cornerstone or Thinking Cap),virtual instructor-led training tools, and social learning tools.

Location : Bangalore - India

Experience : 3 - 7 Years

CTC - 1200 - 1350K
