About the role:
  • Working closely with various leaders across the organisation and have a full understanding of their units and training requirements.
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
  • Deliver highly engaging classroom - virtual and face to face training sessions.
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
  • Build Monthly, quarterly and annual training program basis stakeholder requirements for mid-level leaders along with publishing Training Calendars.
  • Drive a strong culture of Leadership Development upskilling across the organization.
What makes you qualified:
  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience in L&D.
  • Thorough understanding of key concepts related to Learning and Development
  • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, with high commitment to quality in service
  • Project management experience in terms of the entire project life cycle
  • High quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
  • Should be high on energy, a go-getter and work out creative and smart ways to get closure on training expectations.
