About the role:

Working closely with various leaders across the organisation and have a full understanding of their units and training requirements.
Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
Deliver highly engaging classroom - virtual and face to face training sessions.
Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
Build Monthly, quarterly and annual training program basis stakeholder requirements for mid-level leaders along with publishing Training Calendars.
Drive a strong culture of Leadership Development upskilling across the organization.

What makes you qualified:

Minimum 3+ years of work experience in L&D.
Thorough understanding of key concepts related to Learning and Development
Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, with high commitment to quality in service
Project management experience in terms of the entire project life cycle
High quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
Should be high on energy, a go-getter and work out creative and smart ways to get closure on training expectations.
