1. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the content for 6th-10th grade math
2. Proficiency in English and Hindi with clear pronunciation and understandable accent
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to modulate voice and fluctuate tone to maintain energy and engagement throughout the audio/video
4. Ability to translate sentences in short, clear explanations in Hindi
5. Ability to quickly learn multiple tools to create the best solution videos
6. Have access to a laptop and a smartphone
