Lecturer job Position in University of Kerala on contract basis

Department :  Optoelectronics

Qualifications :   A First class Master's Degree in Engineering/Technology (i. e. M.E/M.Tech) in Electronics and Communication (Opto Electronics and Optical Communication)/Electronics/Laser Technology. The candidate must have undergone an AICTE approved Programme for the above Qualifying degree. Such candidates will also be exempted from passing UGC-NET. OR M.Sc. Degree in Physics with 55% marks and a Ph.D in Opto Electronics/ Photonics/Laser Technology or in a relevant field. However, the candidates who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D Degree in accordance with the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedures for Award of Ph.D Degree) Regulations, 2009. shall be exempted from the requirement of NET qualifications. (A relaxation of 5% at marks for PG degree is allowed to candidates belonging to SC/ST category)

Remuneration (consolidated)

Rs.27,000/- per month (those who have M.Tech. Degree only)

Rs.32,000/- per month (those who have PG + NET/Ph.D)

Age Limit :  Should not cross 40 years of age as on 01.01.2019 (usual relaxation in the upper age limit shall be allowed in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC communities)
