Qualifications:
· PhD and 2 years post degree experience teaching to college or university level or adult students
· Master degree and 4 years post degree experience teaching to college or university level or adult students
Category Two:
English Language Teachers
Qualification:
• BA or B.Ed. in Applied Linguistics/ ELT/ English, and any field relevant to teaching English Language
• or MA/ M.Ed./ PhD in Applied Linguistics/ English/ TEFL/ TESOL
• Certificate/ diploma in TEFL/ TESOL/ EFL/ ESL/ CELTA, etc., is a plus
• 2 years post degree experience teaching English Language in a university or college
Category Three:
Technician – Laboratory Instructor positions included but not limited to the following fields:
Engineering
§ Electrical Power
§ Civil
§ Environmental Science
§ Material
§ Thermodynamics
§ Chemical
§ Fluid Mechanics
§ Mechanical Engineering with experience in CNC machines & CAD CAM
Information Technology
§ Networking
§ Internet and E-Security
§ General IT
§ Techniques of Visual and Audio
Sciences
§ Physics
§ Chemistry
Other Technician – Laboratory Instructor positions as they would be announced.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field
·4 years post degree experience in teaching to college level or adult students
·Industry experience
Place of work: The Ministry of Manpower Colleges of Technology in various cities, the Sultanate of Oman.
Start Date: The first semester of the academic year 2019-2020.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Teaching college students
• Assessing students
• Maintaining students' records
Working days: 5 Days a week, Sunday to Thursday.

Monthly compensation packages as follows:
• Salary: Competitive depending on the lecturer's/ lab instructor’s degree and teaching experience.
