Lecturers  job opportunities in University of Kerala on contract basis 

Qualifications :  1. Good Academic record with atleast 55% marks in Masters Degree Level in the relevant subject from a recognized University. 2. A relaxation of 5% marks at Masters Degree Level shall be allowed to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category and to Ph.D holders who had been awarded their Masters Degree prior to 19.09.1991.

Additional Qualification :  1. Candidates   should   have   cleared   the   eligibility   test   for   Lectureship conducted by the UGC. 2. Teaching,   Research   and/   or   Professional   Experience   in   a   reputed organization. 3. Papers Presented at Conferences and/or published in refeered journals.

Pay :  Consolidated pay of Rs.25,000/- per month ( those candidates with NET/ PhD qualification are eligible for a consolidated pay of   28,000/¬ per month). 

Age Limit :  Not more than 40 years as on 01.10.2018. A relaxation in the upper age limit shall be allowed by 5 years in respect of candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories and 3 years in respect of OBC candidates

Application Fee :  The application should be accompanied by Chalan Receipt for  Rs.250/- (SC/ST – Rs.100/-) remitted to Kerala University Fund or DD of  Rs. 260/- (SC/ST – Rs.110/- ) drawn in favour of Finance Officer, University of Kerala towards  registration fee.
