We are looking for Legal Advisor
Kindly find the Job Description provided below.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Drafting legal notices and pleadings.
2. Know-how to scrutinize Title deeds and documents.
3. Possess knowledge of the law and legal proceedings, and manage litigation.
4. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements, Contracts, and Conveyance Deeds (E.g.:Commercial contracts, lease agreements, joint development agreements, Sale deeds, mortgage deeds, etc).
5. Supervise property registration work.
NUMBER OF VACANCIES: Ten (10)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. Graduate with Bachelors of Law, with minimum 5years experience in Litigation field or/and in Real Estate field or corporate field.
2. Good analytical & logical skills.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills in Kannada and English enabling efficient comprehension of laws and documents.
4. Must be computer savvy
5. Team Player – Attention to detail, ability to co-operate and work as a team member and encourage colleagues, maintain a positive attitude, contribute to team morale, and sensitivity to task deadlines.
