JOB DESCRIPTION- Legal and Compliance

a) Carrying out Legal - Data Protection & Privacy Gap Analysis and Risk Assessment at organizational levels in order to address all the resident and potential risks the Company may be exposed to, and provide solutions.
b) Carrying out Gap Analysis and Risk Assessment on the Company's Vendors in order to ensure Company Policies are being adhered to.
c) Provide Training and Awareness Sessions and Programs at a periodic basis to the Leadership, Middle Management and New Joinees.
d) Provide Resolutions to the Senior Management basis the Risk Assessment Findings and implement the same within defined timelines.
