3+ years experience in negotiating NDAs, evaluation agreements, and sales agreements, including software licensing, professional services, master purchase and reseller agreements
Significant experience drafting agreements and negotiating transactions
Excellent legal, communication and organization skills
Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
Commercially astute and stays current on key legal and business news
Proficient in writing and speaking English
