Role: Legal Assistant


Qualification: LLB from reputed university

Exp: 4-8 years


Role Summary:

Conducting legal research, assist in preparing legal advisories etc.

Contracts drafting, vetting, negotiation and management

Drafting/reviewing other legal documents and assisting regional counsel

Responding to day to day queries of commercial teams

Coordinating with internal teams for reporting and monitoring of the regulatory compliances applicable on the company

Representing the company on ongoing legal matters.

Coordinating with external counsels, assist in briefing the external counsel

Conducting meetings, supporting in secretarial compliances and regulatory filing


Primary work Location: Bangalore, Whitefield
