Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting and finalization of technology agreements, NDAs, service agreements, etc. along with complete CLM
2. Having good regulatory knowledge and skillful & effective application of the same in various assignments
3. Preparing and uploading various forms on the MCA website
4. Adapting knowledge of compliances under IRDA, FEMA, Companies Act, 2013, and labour laws applicable to the company
5. Keeping abreast of recent amendments & additions and communication of the same to the manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law
2. Good communication and writing skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office
4. Functional area - finance, compliances, legal

Other requirements:

1. Good communication skills (written and spoken) are a must. Ability to communicate across various levels in the organization such that the manner is lucid, clear and concise, & the desired result is achieved
2. Should have sound knowledge and procedural experience in dealing with various company laws/LLP law matters, e.g. (not limited to) incorporation, change in the constitution of the board, further issue of capital via private placement, holding of board meetings and general meetings and preparation of documentation for the same, etc., and the necessary company law compliances
