Position Overview

The candidate will be supporting our Legal team with drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts. Assisting with internal processes relating to contract finalization. He/She will also be responsible to provide ad hoc commercial legal support to Sales e.g. on Trial Agreements, NDAs, Assignments, RFPs, Procurement Questionnaires etc.

Responsibilities

Support our Legal team with drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts.
Assisting with internal processes relating to contract finalization
Develop and enhance policies and procedures to make internal legal processes more efficient
Drafting, updating and management of legal forms and templates
Provide ad hoc commercial legal support to Sales e.g. on Trial Agreements, NDAs, Assignments, RFPs, Procurement Questionnaires etc
Carry out Legal research on a wide variety of matters
Participate in special projects, as required
General Legal administration

Desired Experience And Qualifications

A minimum of 6 To 8 years of experience is required
Contract organization/review experience is essential
Co-sec experience is preferable
Candidate must have an L.L.B degree
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Drafting and negotiating skills
Must pay very careful attention to detail
Experience in the financial services industry is helpful
Ability to work with global teams and local counsels
Ability to perform under pressure and multi-task
Must be tech-savvy
