Designation: Legal Counseling
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide legal guidance to management on all aspects of law, including contract negotiation, intellectual property, compliance, and risk management
2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the company's interests are protected and in compliance with applicable laws
3. Advise on intellectual property protection and infringement issues, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents
4. Monitor compliance with relevant corporate laws and regulations, and advise on any changes that may affect our business
5. Manage legal disputes and litigation, including working with outside counsel as needed
6. Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decision-making
7. Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from an accredited law school
2. In-depth knowledge of relevant corporate laws, contract law, and regulatory compliance
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively
