Job Description

  • To draft, vet and execute all legal agreements and documents.
  • To manage the termination, extension and amendments of all existing legal agreements.
  • To coordinate with various dept.s and vendors to manage the agreements.
  • To manage, protect and enforce all Intellectual Property Rights of the company.
  • To manage all legal contracts and letters of the company including Litigation matters, if a company come across.
  • To manage all litigation & non litigation matter.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate should have experience of minimum 3 year in the same role.
  • Candidate worked in pharma sector would be preferable.
  • Candidate should have good communication and presentation skills.
