Job Description

Conducting title due diligences of various properties.
Obtaining documents from various authorities;
Handling registration along with calculation of stamp duty & registration frees
Acquisition Experience for all lands
Drafting & conveyancing such as sale / agreement of sales / power of attorney etc,
Experience in providing legal opinion for projects and responding to client queries
Experience in Liasoning for land conversions and other statutory authorities
