Job Description:
Exposure in Litigations initiated by or against the Company. Incumbent should have dealt with Litigations relating to Regulatory Matters, reply to Legal Notices, Drafting and Vetting of Suits, Plaints, Written Statements, Affidavits & follow up Court cases;
Capable of handling all types of litigations from end to end (Criminal, Civil, Labour/IR Complaint, Consumer, Arbitration etc.) including representations before the police authorities and co-ordination with the external counsel, Effective management of the Litigations;
Experience in Arbitration matters from initiation to disposal stage.
Assisting management in settling claims / sub-contractors claims, certificates, payments, variations and measurement, etc;
Negotiation and liaison with Governmental and Non-Government authorities on legal issues..
Handling litigations in Tribunals, District Courts, Lower Courts, High Court and Supreme Court or any other judicial and quasi –Judicial authorities on complex matters.
Coordination and briefing to Senior Advocates, partners of reputed legal firms and Senior Counsel.
Other ancillary assignments like drafting & vetting of deeds & documents, agreement, contracts, MoU, Affidavit & Power of Attorneys etc.
Qualification/ Experience/ Skills/ Knowledge/ Capabilities/ Desirables LLB/ LLM with minimum 7 years of experience in handling complex litigations.
