Salary: Rs. 6,00,000 - Rs. 8,00,000 P.A

Education: UG:B.L, LLB

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Should be a Law Graduate from a Reputed University (Regular Course).

2. Minimum 8 years’ experience handling above profile in a large corporate including at-least 3 years practice in High Court.

3. Good drafting skill in both English and Tamil is a must.

Job Description:

1. In-depth knowledge in Labour/Industrial, Civil, Criminal, Arbitration and IPR Laws.

2. Experience in drafting Petition, Counter, Reply Written Statement etc., in Civil, Criminal, Labour and Arbitration cases

3. Experience in drafting Legal Opinion on Labour, IR & HR issues

4. Thorough knowledge in initiating disciplinary action against employees

5. Experience in drafting, vetting and reviewing of commercial agreements, contracts etc.,

6. Due diligence of Property Matters

7. Monitor and follow up of legal cases.

8. Providing in-house support to all departments
