We are looking for a Legal Writer/Analyst who can summarize and analyze new judgements and notifications.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analyze legal articles, statutes, and cases to support legal arguments and align with company objectives.

Draft legal documents, memos, pleadings, and other written materials with accuracy and clarity.

Review, revise, and update contracts, agreements, and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Collaborate with other legal writers and professionals to review and coordinate the development of legal writing and documents.

Prepare legal documents for court presentations, including briefs, opinions, and records of actions.

Stay updated on changes in legal laws, regulations, and new precedents relevant to legal writing cases.

Attend court hearings, negotiations, and workshops to gather information and stay informed about legal developments.

Participate in legal research and assist in preparing presentations for clients or partners.

Ensure all legal and procedural documentation is completed accurately and meets quality standards.

Skills:

Ability to decode complex legal issues and convey the information to an audience that isn’t legally educated

Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills

Thorough knowledge of the law and familiarity with public policy issues

Timely and accurate compilation of legal documents.

Clear and concise communication of legal matters to clients.

Production of high-quality legal documents with minimal review.
