Technical Support You will be responsible

for Escalated calls Or Level3 Tech Support.

 You Must be Confident in level 3 Networking and Hardware

ʉۢ Good knowledge in Windows XP,7,8,8.1,10 Server-2008\2012

ʉۢ Computer assembling and maintenance.

ʉۢ Driver installation and OS Backup

• Printer installation and troubleshooting

• Troubleshooting of hardware and Software

ʉۢ Installing and configuring the peripherals, components and drivers

• Installing, configuring and administering network technologies

ʉۢ Knowledge of LAN technologies, Switches, Cables

• Basic understanding of networks, hardware and cabling

• LAN switching and Installation

ʉۢ Network Troubleshooting.

ʉۢ TCP/IP Configuration, Smooth running internet, Maintenance

ʉۢ Network processing, centralized and distributive network connection

• Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite

• IP addressing and sub netting, Routing concepts

• Switches: Basic Configuration & VLAN setup

• Router: Basic Configuration & monitoring of Cisco Router

• Good working knowledge of routing protocols such as RIP , IGRP , EIGRP , OSPF ,VLAN
